The Lions parted ways with Matthew Stafford and, along with Jared Goff, returned draft picks that would become Jahmyr Gibbs, Sam LaPorta, and Jameson Williams.
He is just the third quarterback since the 1970 AFL/NFL merger with a game-winning drive in each of his team's first five wins of a season, along with Troy Aikman (1990) and Matthew Stafford (2016).
